Tradition’s pastry line is highly automated for consistency. We are able to produce 6,000 lbs/hr of pastry, giving us high efficiency. This line can deposit single or duo fillings with a wide range of flavours to choose from. The pastry is available with or without a sugar topping. Sizes and shapes are also flexible based on the ideal format for our customer.
