Our Toronto-based manufacturing facility strictly adheres to HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) Regulation, assuring food safety from receipt of raw ingredients to packaging of finished product.

Our intensive and thorough Quality Control programs reflect our pride and commitment to serving our customers with safe and wholesome products of only the highest quality. In August 2005, the AIB (American Institute of Baking) reviewed our facility and its programs and awarded us the rating of "Superior" for the 4th year in a row, the highest rating possible!
